Performance of Codes on NCSA Resources

NCSA staff will discuss the performance of various codes on the new NCSA computing resources and how the codes behave on the benchmark applications available at NCSA. Dodi Heryadi will discuss chemistry codes. Wai Yip Kwok will speak about computational fluid dynamics codes, and Seid Koric will focus on structural/solid mechanics codes.

The NCSA Seminar Series is a set of presentations on high performance computing and related research. Typically, the seminars are presented on Tuesday afternoons and are available onsite at the presenting institution and remotely via the Access Grid.
