Chemistry Software Updates Intel MKL 10 on Abe provides cluster libraries (ScaLAPACK, BLACS) and interfaces to FFTW2/3. Matlab will be made available on Abe cluster following Tungsten decomission.

Applications Software

NCSA offers a wide variety of third-party applications software, community codes, and tools on the high performance systems.
