The NCSA Allocations group is responsible for implementing and coordinating the peer-review process and allocating high-performance computing resources for the national academic research community. This group also enables access on all NCSA systems for valid users.
The Allocations staff is available to provide answers to questions and perform tasks in areas such as:
- Submitting a proposal to a peer-review board or an application for a start-up allocation
- Adding users to an existing account
- Extending the expiration of an account
- Distributing default passwords
- Monitoring the status of projects
